Yvonne Alford, attended Texas Women’s University for several years, studying Fashion Design. As a result she took her creative skills and reinvented herself as a hair designer and she successfully owned and operated a hair salon for over 25 years.

Satisfying her love of education, Yvonne attended numerous classes and obtained technical certifications to learn the art of creating new trends and styles in the fashion industry.

While specializing in refacing garments, Yvonne uses her artistic vision and impeccable attention to detail to meet the needs of her clients. 

Because of her life experiences of overcoming, Yvonne decided to share what she learned by opening Identity Point Closet. This is an organization that seeks to encourage and equip women with the tools needed to navigate life’s hurdles.
